Ronnie Meyers
Co-Founder
Ronnie Meyers has spent the last 12 years finding creative benefits solutions for her clients. Prior to co-founding FH Insurance, she was an Account Executive with CBIZ, a large national benefits agency. At CBIZ, she specialized in small and mid sized local clients, but has worked with clients with as many as fifty thousand employees. Ronnie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado with degrees in mathematics and economics and an actuarial certificate. Ronnie is passionate about using her skills in mathematics to ensure that her clients obtain the best rates and plan designs.
Carol Bautsch
Benefits Success Team
Carol has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has worked both on the carrier and the broker side, but has primarily worked as an Account Executive for brokers since 1988. Carol specializes in self-funded clients and is committed to outstanding customer service and client relations. She enjoys photography, gardening and hiking.
Kim Sayavong
Benefits Success Team
Kim (Mac) joined FH Insurance in April 2019. Having graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration, she has been in the Healthcare field for over 10 years. Kim has held many positions over the years, including certification as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist, Medical Billing Specialist, and Office Manager at Foundation Health. Kim has a love for all things related to animals. She has three rescue cats, and recently adopted a corgi puppy to add to her little family. She is very adventurous when it comes to food, and jumps at the chance to try new and strange things. While she considers herself a city girl; coming from San Francisco 3 years ago, she has grown to love Colorado and all the activities that this state has to offer.
Gary Meyers
Co-Founder
Gary joined FH Insurance with over 25 years of experience in the benefits space. Gary worked for CBIZ from 2009 to 2018, as the Colorado Market President and the Head of the National PEO Division after he sold his agency, MeyersDining to CBIZ. He started his own agency in 1992 after working for New York Life Insurance Company. He attended the University of Northern Colorado and has Registered Health Underwriter (RHU®) and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC®) designations from The American College. Gary is also a Certified Financial Planner and is licensed in life, health, property and casualty insurance. In addition, Gary is Co-Founder of Foundation Health, a concierge primary care practice in Boulder, CO, Co-Founder in Cure Technologies, a risk modeling software platform for PEO's.
Kim Williams
Benefits Success Team
Kim has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She has worked both on the carrier side AND on the broker side but primarily as an Account Executive for brokerages since 2000. Kim manages the small group and individual business for FH Insurance.
Tim Collins
VP OF SALES INNOVATION
Tim Collins joined the FH Insurance team because he is passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring their long-term success. Tim possesses a diverse skillset, having worked with both small and large group businesses across all insurance funding platforms. He has 17 years of employee benefits expertise, including 6 years with a leading national carrier, which gave him valuable insights into the inner workings of the insurance industry. This experience, coupled with his dedication to providing exceptional customer service, allows Tim to effectively navigate the complexities of employee benefits and find the most cost-effective solutions for his clients. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his two daughters, one attending the University of Oregon and the other at the University of Colorado, and with his two year old Benadoodle named Cooper. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast, with a love for ice hockey, mountain biking, skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, and hiking. He also enjoys attending live music events. He is excited to work with you in your benefit needs.
Ginnie Meyers
CO-FOUNDER
Ginnie Meyers is Co-Founder of Foundation Health, a company turning health care on its head with a transparent, personalized health care experience. Prior to founding Foundation Health in 2013, she worked in business development consulting, in public affairs and in politics in Washington D.C.. She was also a Collateral Analyst for Deutsche Bank AG in London and worked for TechStars in its inaugural year in 2007. She holds a degree in Business Administration from CU Boulder. Ginnie gives insight into wellness solutions, technology integrations, and marketing at FH Insurance.
Amy Mountin
Benefits Success Team
Amy Mountin joined FH Insurance with 24 years of employee benefits experience. She has had a successful career in sales and account management with Metlife, UHC, and CBiz. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Education, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Amy is dedicated to excellent customer service that consists of responsiveness, honesty, and effective problem solving resulting in timely resolutions. Aside from her insurance career and education, Amy is an avid traveller and is always on the lookout for the next great experience.
Austin Jenkins
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Austin joined the FH Insurance team because he loves bringing strategic insight and a collaborative spirit to his role working with vendors, establishing education programs, and continually building relationships with clients. Austin Graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 2016 with a multi-disciplinary degree in Theology and Marketing. Upon graduation, he started his own Business Development Consulting group and has served as Chief Revenue Officer for various portfolio companies, driving growth through PR, marketing, and business development initiatives. Off the clock, Austin plays soccer, goes golfing, or tries to tire out his blue heeler—which never happens.
